Full Job Description

Evaluates resident needs, condition, and care; participates in the development of resident's care plan. Conducts rounds to take and record vital signs of residents; checks and administers medications; gives treatments. Provides work directions and instructions to lower-level medical staff. Under general supervision by DON. Performs varied nursing care services to residents. Participates in staff meetings and in-service training. Performs other duties as assigned or required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
