RN Charge Nurse

Greenwood Connections is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to provide clinical oversight and direct resident care within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment in Menahga, MN.
This role is primarily scheduled for PM shift coverage with every other weekend rotation.
Compensation:
$38.85 - $41.90 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise CNA and LPN/TMA staff during assigned shift
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
- Support resident assessments and care planning
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Maintain safe, high-quality resident care standards
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
