RN Charge Nurse

Greenwood Connections is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our nursing team in Menahga, MN. This role provides clinical leadership and direct resident care within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
This position is primarily scheduled for PM shift coverage with every other weekend rotation.
Compensation:
- $38.85 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus Available
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
- Supervise CNA and TMA staff during assigned shift
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Support a positive and team-oriented care environment
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
