RN Charge Nurse – PM Shift Sign on Bonus

Job Description:
Greenwood Connections is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership and direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting.
This role is scheduled primarily for PM shift coverage with every other weekend rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise CNA and TMA staff on assigned shift
- Administer medications and treatments
- Develop and manage care plans
- Monitor resident condition and respond to changes
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership ability
- Long-term care experience preferred
