Full Job Description

Employee is to perform various repair and maintenance activities to buildings and grounds, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting. Performs grounds keeping duties, including lawn care, and snow and ice removal. Conducts building maintenance by operating various maintenance equipment. Performs routine repair and maintenance on various equipment. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
