LPN Charge Nurse
Greenwood Connections is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to provide direct resident care and clinical support in a long-term care setting in Menahga, MN.
This role is primarily scheduled for night shift coverage with every other weekend rotation.
Compensation:
$28.35 - $31.01 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Report changes in status to RN or appropriate care team members
- Support CNA staff during assigned shift
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow facility safety and infection control procedures
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- Strong communication and reliability
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift
