Full Time or Part Time RN Charge Nurse EOW

Greenwood Connections, a skilled nursing and assisted living facility located in Menahga, MN, is seeking a Full Time RN Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and experienced registered nurse who is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents.

******Day Shift, every other weekend. *******

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to the nursing staff on the unit
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Monitor and assess resident health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Assist with staff education and training

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
• Experience with electronic health records systems
