Full Job Description

Under general supervision, performs basic nursing care services to residents. Observes resident physical condition; measures and records food and liquid intake/output, vital signs, and weight; reports significant changes to nursing staff; answers call signals. Provides assistance to residents. Dresses and undresses residents, provides personal grooming and other hygiene services, turns and repositions residents in bed. Provides ambulatory assistance to residents to and from various areas.
